The BeaFore was founded in summer 1999 in Mülheim, a German town in the
heart of the "Ruhrgebiet", an industrial area in the west of the
country. The band, that means four musicians all having
stage experience of many years, playing with the classical
equipment of the 60's: two guitars, bass, drums, lead and
background vocals. Obviously John, Paul, George and Ringo are
the greatly admired idols of these guys and so the four are hopelessly
devoted
to the Beat and Rock'n'Roll of the 50's and 60's. Playing gigs means
to
the BeaFore to give back a little bit of the feeling of this powerful
period
of music to their audience. It's good old Rock'n'Roll they keep alive
and
that keeps them alive.
It was really great for the band to play at the cavern, 'cause climbing down
the
stairs to the club and having a good time with the audience is like going
home to Rock'n'Roll. So everyone is looking forward to coming back as
soon
and as often as possible to the Cavern Club, that has such a great and
friendly
atmosphere.
