Ferome are a
four piece funk/alternative rock band based in Liverpool.
They started
out in November 2016 as a three piece. Fortunately in February 2005
they came across an amazing singer. Thankfully accepting their offer
he decided to be part of the band. During that time Ferome also came
across my self, at one of their gigs. They offered me an opportunity
to manage their band… I of course have never regret since then.
Ferome began
practice sessions in Childwall Sports College, were they practiced
once a week.
As a band they
came to an agreement that practicing once a week would not achieve
the goal they had made in their music careers.
After a while
they where lucky enough to be given the chance to practice 6 hours a
week at a local Youth Centre. This has helped them to progress their
levels of talent and profession towards performing and writing
music.
Ferome’s
first gig was in Bar Heavn'n n Hell at a battle of the bands
competition. They performed a good gig and was able to gain 2nd
place out of 15 bands.
Over the last
year they have been given the honour to play in The Cavern Club 6
times including other big venues around Liverpool.
These have all
achieved more and more publicity especially with the radio and the
media.
The Venues we have played are as follows:
·
Barfly (5 Times)
·
The Cavern Club (6 times)
on one occasion they where able to support a Famous Band From
America (Jake Stigers and the velvet routes)
·

of the bands 2016: 2nd Place)

·
South Wirral High School
( Battle of the bands North West 2006 : 1st place out of

In May 2006
They entered the Radio City Competition for Battle of the Bands, Up
to now they have made it to the Finals... Where they were given the
opportunity to spend a day with Dark Audio Studio's in Warrington,
to put together a "couple of songs"
However
with being as tight as a band they accomplished the recording of six
tracks.
In July 2006
Ferome where entered into the North West Battle of the Bands where
they successfully won 1st place. They now have an
additional 8 hours of recording to produce their first album.
