As a band we listen to
Bob Dylan, Pixies, Leonard Cohen, Aretha Franklin, Marvin Gaye as
well as Classical and Zappa oddities, usually on old vinyl records.
We play melodic, driving, lyrical, oversized guitar tunes, possibly
unrelated to any of the above.
Formed at the start of 2002, the forgotten north have been heard
through North England and Scotland in venues from barflys to
manchester’s famous ‘In the city unsigned’ festival’ and
through airplay with CFM and Warwicks RaW radio.
