Headway have spent the last 12 months earning a reputation as being
one of the best up and coming live bands in the country with energy
and songwriting ability in equal amounts.
The boys have honed
their craft on stage with the likes of ZZ Top, The Raveonettes, Tim
Burgess, Feeder, The Boxer Rebellion, Dogs Die In Hot Cars and The
Rasmus.
The band have been featured on Richard Allinson's Radio 2 show and
received plaudits on air by Jo Wiley after their recent appearances
at V Fest.
Headway, who cite the likes of Jeff Buckley and Led Zeppelin as
influences, specialise in luscious, beautifully-crafted songs with a
uniquely British feel. With swooping, driving guitars and catchy
vocal melodies, the Headway sound is a dynamic mix heady with soul,
emotion and power in equal amounts.
