Formed in January
of 2005 Interrupted silence have progressed from playing covers
to earn "some cash" to buy equipment to writing their own
material. Their style has many influences from fast, thriving
intros, meodic verses and catchy chorus's, which when all put
together creates a powerful wall of sound for a 3 piece band. Using
a variety of sounds and techniques to create a distinctive sound
fused with their chaotic stage presence shows the overall
energy of the band. Various bands such as Radiohead, Muse and Rage
against the Machine play a huge
contribution to the style and sound Interrupted
Silence have created which is gernerally based around progressive
rock. This hard work, determination to succeed and original sound
have earned the band a local reputation and loyal fanbase.
