David Burgess was born 22nd October 1985. He has been playing guitar for 5 years and has played in many previous bands.

Tom Hughes was born 7th April 1986. He has been playing bass for 3 years and played his first show with the band only hours after joining.

Adam Helsby was born 3rd May 1988. He has been playing drums ever since he was young and got his first drum kit aged 6.

The legend that is Newborn started whilst all the members were still in high school. David and Adam had been looking for a bass player to complete the line-up and through having no success, turned to their friend Tom to join the band. Tom had never played bass before. The challenge lay down by David and Adam, was a success, and Tom excelled and within weeks he was ready to join up with the band.

With the new line-up intact, Newborn immediately started gigging and have played at some of the best venues that their home town of Liverpool has to offer. To begin with, Newborn played cover songs but it was when they started writing their own material that their potential started to show. This transition helped expose Newborn to a whole new group of fans and it was at this point the band started to establish a loyal home town following. Newborn recently recorded a 4 song demo at "The Ranch" studios in Liverpool and are currently setting up a tour of the U.K
