Performed 292 times at the Cavern with 1960's beat group - The Beatles. The band went
on to have moderate success as a live and recording act, before breaking up at the end of the
decade.
Paul performed once more at the Cavern in December 1999, using vaguely known rock musicians (Dave Gilmour, Iain Paice,
Mick Green and Pete Wingfield) as
his backing band.
