Pandora Pop was exposed to massive amounts of radiation in a covert nuclear weapons test not too long ago. Since then she has gained the ability to telepathically communicate and to control hypersonic acoustic pressure. When night shrouds the city of Neo-Tokyo she frequents the concerts of her favorite band THE POPZILLAS or struggles for the good of humanity in her awesome adventures!
