riotSEASON are a
rising hard rock act based in the Northwest of England. The band
create a style all of their own, fusing aggressive punk with more
melodic counterparts. Formed in Spring 2016, the band played live
intensively, released a promo CD 'Cut The Ropes' and was well
reviewed by local indie press. At the end of the year, Neil Mycock
(vox, bass) and Jon Lowe (guitars) said goodbye to drummer Nate
Lanxon, who left the band on amicable terms, and were joined by
Phil Peck in March 2005.after several more live shows the band
entered sub zero studios to record their debut three track single
'the program', which was followed by an appearance on a local
radio station (High Peak Radio) along with gigs in Manchester,
Stoke, Liverpool, Macclesfield, Ellesmere Port, Northwich,
Chesterfield amongst others. Most recently the band has parted
company with original guitarist Jon Lowe due to personal issues,
since then we have secured the services of Jamie Lomas and are
shortly due to release the second three track single 'In This
Mode'. With this recent change of lineup and new single the band
feels more confident than ever, that the time is right to push
onwards on the gig front, and reach a wider audience.
