Biography |
"Scrambled Eggs" : these two
words mean something to every fan of the Beatles ... especially to
Fred (vox), Benoit (keys), JS (guitar), Joel (bass) and Thibault
(drums), when they created their band and tried to find its name
(very hard experience). But, this name is a perfect description for
their respective passion for the British sound, especially for the
Beatles. But, "Scrambled Eggs" is not another
non-distinguishable britpop band. First of all, Scrambled Eggs are
coming from the French industrial city Saint-Etienne, not really a
cradle of pop-music (although many English people feel a Liverpool atmosphere
in this city !). They love all type of music, and all the members
take part in the compositions. They all share the same passion for
writing songs blending styles and atmospheres, and creating the
distinct "Scrambled Eggs" sound with their unique mix of
chords. Their recently released third album "It's Hard To
Say" is an original mix of melancholic, gentle tunes containing
the band's sharp lyrics and unique sound.
