Biography |
Semion are a London
four-piece currently hard at work on their full-length debut
album "Help Me! I Work In An Office". After garnering
several favourable
reviews following their mini-LP debut "Get A Grip", Semion
appeared on the opening
night of the IPO festival in Los Angeles in July 2001
alongside artists such as Steve Barton and Brendan Benson. After a
two year break
Semion are now back and will be bringing a sampler CD of tracks
from the new album to
IPO Liverpool. This limited edition CD also features Semion's
version of the Television Personalities song "The Prettiest
Girl In The
World" which is due to be included on a forthcoming TVPs
tribute album entitled
"If I Could Write Poetry".
