Beggars Belief are an
energetic guitar driven Liverpool band who have been together
since May 2016 consisting of singer/songwriter Tony Cosgrove,
Nathan Sayer (drums),
Terry Fletcher (guitar) and Dan Forrest (bass). Before they
had even completed a set of material to perform live they were
chosen to feature
on "Songs from the Riverside" a Merseyside compilation
album put together
by Audio Visual Records, the album became a launch pad for the band
and they went on to
headline The Iron Door Club & The Medicine Show at The Vines
Ballroom. Support dates were also securred with local favourites
Smaller (at The Carling
Academy) & Tramp Attack (at The Masque Theatre).
2005 has so far
continued were the previous year left off with another of the
band's tracks the anthemic live favourite "Shout it from the
Rooftops" chosen
to feature on a brand new compilation titled "One Nation"
as well as supporting
Proud Mary front man Greg Griffin, all has generated label interset
being shown as they look at releasing their debut EP "Ready For
Action!" in
December.
