Biography

Back in 2000 (when we were fully grown) Adam (from Prestatyn, North Wales) and Ben began degrees at Liverpool John Moores university
After moving in a similar circle of friend's their paths briefly crossed on a night out in the student union. It emerged weeks later that Ben played the drums. A mutual friend, Lol, was jamming with Ad at the time.

Meanwhile Daz, living with Liam, a friend of Adams, orchestrated weekly nights out every Thursday to K2 (huge rock, indie club in Liverpool) to which Adam was invited. Daz recalls "It was a night off from the Girlfriends and an opportunity to release the weeks stresses" apparently through a combination of premium larger and rocket fuel shooters from the Jacaranda (Beatles old haunt). Taste in women and mutual interest in similar music created a friendship that had the potential to bloom. Unfortunately it was never given the opportunity, as in September 2001 Daz left Liverpool for Reading to pursue an industrial placement year.

By September 2001 Adam had moved into Ben's home, in Liverpool. Around two months later problems surfaced. Arguments between Ben and Lol's girlfriend put pressure on Drummer and Bassist relationship. Eventually, rehearsals ceased and the trio dissolved as a band.

During occasional visits home, Adam began talks with Guitarist Anthony. After exchanging material on afternoon in April 2002 they decided to form a band. The partnership flourished and over the following months a bluesy grudge sound evolved.

The band now progressing quickly still needed a bassist. Adam explains "I always new Daz played (Bass) and really wanted him to join but knew he couldn't till September "(2002). The group auditioned a handful of people but, as if by fate no-one could fit into their idealistic image. September arrived and Daz was eager to fill the role. Adam says "he turned up, we jammed Fire (Jimi Hendrix ), he was in. Simple as"

After serious problems with Bens commitment in December of 2002 the band parted company with the drummer.

Fortunately Adam and Anthony had formed good contacts from previous bands and soon after were happy to welcome new beats maestro Ray to the band.

After working on the dJenifus sound and with 17 songs between them, and 4 additional covers, their portfolio was looking strong. After which the band successfully took to the stage for a premier gig at Liverpool's Glam the week prior to Easter 2015. This enthusiastic foursome is now looking to establish a strong Live presence in return for their endeavours in the practice studio.
