The Fast Movers story
starts 3 years ago when 2 friends - a guitarist,
and a bassist, who share an outdated taste in music decided to
start a band. They
wanted to bring classic rock back - music like; The Rolling
Stones, Led Zeppelin, Black Sabbath, Deep Purple, The Who, AC/DC and
Jimi Hendrix. Hence the
Fast Movers were born, a band who's name was taken from
a small 70's Liverpool band, who never quite made the cut... The
2 jammed casually for a while, and 2 years later, after 3 drummers
and a change of
vocalist, the band was complete. Fast Movers unique style of music
featuring Driving Guitar
Licks, Funked up Bass Grooves, and melodic Vocals has
won a good following of fans who like real Rock n roll music. The
band pride
themselves on an energetic, and high voltage live performance - an
art which is
often overlooked in todays 'rock' music scene.
