Heavy
Traffic are a funky 5 piece from Brighton. With a sound
reminiscent of records you stole from you’re older brothers’
soul collection, but re-vitalised by their cutting grooves.
It’s clear from the opening chord of ‘Broken Promises’ that
Heavy Traffic mean business. From 2005 they have been exciting the
South Coast with their deliberate mix of Funky Soul.
After
working with Mark Flannery (Def
Leppard, U2, Depeche Mode) on their debut EP, Heavy Traffic
are set to make their mark on 2006.
