| Biography |
The
spine of this band started a long time ago with brothers Mathew and
Chris, Mathew was really into many guitar bands which inspired him
into picking up a guitar to learn but Chris was heavily into dance
music but with a little brotherly push from Mathew he started to
learn to play the drums, Then in comes Shaun on vocals who was
looking to join a band himself met the two brothers outside a shady
Birkenhead boozer went round for a jam with the brothers to show
them how he could sing, as you can hear from the songs he sounds a
lot like Kelly Jones from the phonics so they snapped him up
straight away then came the task of finding a bass player after a
hard graft of looking for one a friend of the lads introduced them
to Jim a very decent and keen bass player. the band then went on to
play a few local gigs under the name the argyle. then in steps the
newest addition to the band Ian a good friend of the band and up and
coming guitarist who was looking to start his own band so then was
born...... The ill gotten gains!
