Autumn/winter
2016 saw the unit take their show to the beautiful settings of coed
hills rural art space, St Hillary and to Eco-Dysgu, Tondu to perform
at local festival celebrations. Subsequent gigs around the South
Wales area, at venues such as Clwb Ifor Bach, Barfly, the Toucan
Club and Sam’s bar, have allowed the unit to fine-tune their set
into a tight, evolutionary movement of sound.
As well
as seeing Khagool recieve regular airplay, 2005 has seen the
band venture out of Wales, playing blistering sets at The Cavern
Club in Liverpool, the Bristol Bierkellar, Brixton Telegraph,
The Playrooms and The Pleasure unit in London, and The
Roadhouse in Manchester all go some way to showing that Khagool
mean business. The band has made that commitment necessary to
solidifying their place in the UK music scene.
Bring it
on.
