Birminghams band trying
trying to show people
that metal is forever. Started out in about august 2015 consisting
of Russel
Connolly(sp) Joe O'Neil and Dan Rose plus a stand in bassist. Bored
one day these young
metallers decided to go an jam. The jam was good and so the
guys decided to carry their shit on an try the metal scene properly.
After a few more practices
and many bassists later LOF's first complete line up
was formed consisting of Joe Dan Russ Josh Stone and Barry French.
Songs were
written and gigs were done but the true metal spirit wasnt really
there. Many more
rearrangements happened and after about a year of LOF attacking
the Birmingham music scene the line up was finally finished and
remains true to this
day. The Awesome guitar demon Sab Jhitta was brought in to
replace josh stone (who we wish all the best to in his new projects
'no remorse' and
'war routine' even if he is a cocky motherfucker) and Stuart 'Mr
Metal' Beardshaw the biggest Iron Maiden fan possibly ever on bass
guitar replacing Barry French
(who we also wish good luck to in his projects fuck
knows what theyre called tho). Since the day the line up was
completed LOF
have done countless gigs around the midlands area including At the
Birmingham academy 1+2,
have recorded three demos and written much new material.
Nowadays you'll probs find us in one of the pubs or clubs around
Birmingham or playing a
gig/writing somewhere. If you see us advertised and your
up for a fun night of metal feel free to come along cus wed love to
have you at one of our
shows. But dont go around telling us that true metal is
underground cus that's bullshit and we all know it. We've had enough
of that shit from
drinking in Scruffy Murphies. Anyway enough ranting. Keep it metal
and we hope to see you all at a show soon. any bands that would like
to gig with us aswell
