Alan Bishop is the Lead Singer / Songwriter of Scottish (Glasgow ) New Wave / Punk band  The Red Eyes. The Red Eyes played at the International  Pop Overthrow Festival at The Cavern last year. The band were formed in Glasgow in 1997 and have played just under 100 gigs. The band have released two 12 Track Cd Albums, a 4 Track E.P and One Single. Due to other commitments the rest of the band can't make it to Liverpool this year so Alan is doing an Acoustic Set. As the main songwriter in The Red Eyes he will be stripping the songs back down to how they were originally written on the acoustic guitar. The energy of the songs remain intact and the melodies come through just as strong as the bands recordings.  Alan has now done around a dozen Acoustic shows and they've all been very well received. The Red Eyes Acoustic is at 1pm on Sunday 24th Oct on the back stage. Don't miss it.
