Below are details of the package offered for
Beatle Week 2015.
Dates available: Monday August 18th to Thursday
20th August (four nights).
This package has been designed in such a way, it allows you to
select the maximum or minimum number of options to suit you own budget and schedule. London has so much to offer we
suggest you make the most of our special hotel rates and stay at least three nights Monday to Wednesday. For those of
you choosing to stay in London on Thursday evening, remember you will miss the first night of the International Beatles
Week Festival in Liverpool.
Minimum Package.
Price £99 per person based on two people sharing a room.
Includes the following; one nights
accommodation at the Four Star Holiday Inn Hotel (formerly The Forum) Cromwell Road, London; a two hour visit to
Abbey Road studio two where you will see one of the World’s best Beatles bands perform; return coach transfer from the
hotel to Abbey Road; continental breakfast on Thursday morning.
Single room supplement is £50
Hotel accommodation.
The Holiday Inn Cromwell Road is our preferred hotel. Not only does it offer first class facilities and service, it is
also in a superb location; only two minutes walk from Gloucester Road tube station which is served by the Piccadilly
line with direct links from Heathrow airport and putting you in easy reach of Harrods, Oxford Street and Covent Garden;
London sightseeing tour buses stop outside the station for those wishing to discover London’s principal Tourist sites.
Suggested evening visits are Hard Rock café, Bill Wyman’s 'Sticky Fingers' or the Rock Garden. We have negotiated a special rate of £60 per
person (based on two people sharing) per night bed and continental breakfast. Single room supplement is £50 per night.
Tours.
By 1963 the Beatles where living and working in London and frequenting many of the nightspots. On Wednesday or Thursday
morning at 10am a tour will leave the hotel and travel to the West End and Soho for a two hour (leisurely) guided walk
around the back streets of London visiting such memorable place as Saville Row, the Indica gallery, the Bag o Nails and
many more places associated with the Beatles during the heady days of the sixties. In the afternoon on Wednesday or Thursday (2pm
to 5pm) you can discover more about London’s Rock 'n' Roll heritage with a guided bus tour which leaves from the Hard
Rock Café and will return you to the hotel.
Coach transfer from London hotel to Liverpool.
At 9.30am on Thursday and Friday a coach will
leave the hotel on the five-hour journey to Liverpool 'Birthplace of the Beatles'. Your arrival in the City will be on a
Ferry Boat sailing across the River Mersey from Birkenhead to the Liverpool landing stage at the Pier head. Here you
will re-board your coach (which will have traveled under the River through the road tunnel) and take the short journey
to the hotel you have chosen for your Liverpool package.

To book your Beatles England package you need to complete the London details first and then complete your International
Beatles Week choice of package. Please make sure you are not overlapping your choice by booking accommodation, tours or
events in London and Liverpool which are both on the same day (or night). The coach transfer you chose will transport
you from one package to another unless you decide to make your own travel arrangements from London to Liverpool.
